2023: NCBWA Honorable Mention All-American...First Team All-MIAA outfielder...Played and started in 56 games...Hit .361 with a team-high 83 hits, 60 runs, 13 doubles, three triples, 16 homers, 61 RBIs, 27 walks, and 11 stolen bases...Drove in five runs at Drury March 7...Had a pair of home runs in UCM's game at Pittsburg State April 14. 

2022: Saw action in 35 games with 29 starts...Hit .288 with 30 hits, 34 runs, three doubles, a pair of homers, 25 RBI, 21 walks and seven stolen bases...Went a career-best 3-for-4 with a double and four RBI vs. Emporia State March 13...Also drove in four runs at Missouri Western April 12...Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll. 

2021: Played in 12 games, including one start...Had one hit, three runs, two walks and a stolen base...MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2020: Played in nine games and made four starts all in center field ... The Mules went 4-0 in games Young started in center ... Hit .235 with four hits in 17 at bats and had a .350 on-base percentage ... Drove in two runs and crossed the plate four times ... Walked and scored a run in his first career plate appearance against Millersville (Feb. 1) ... Got his first career hit against Colorado School of Mines (Feb. 2) ... Made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
