2023: Honorable Mention All-MIAA outfielder...Played in 47 games with 44 starts...Hit .261 with 41 hits, 36 runs, eight doubles, two triples, five home runs, 35 RBIs, 24 walks and 15 stolen bases...Talllied a four-hit game at Missouri Southern April 7 including three doubles...Drove in four runs vs. Maryville Feb. 28. 

2022: A consensus All-American outfielder...2022 MIAA Co-Player and D2CCA Central Region Player of the Year...2022 CoSIDA First Team Academic All-American...First Team All-MIAA and D2CCA All-Central Region...Led UCM with a .428 batting average to go along with 61 runs, 86 hits, 16 doubles, three triples, 15 homers, a .761 slugging percentage, 16 walks, a .469 on-base percentage and 18 stolen bases in 47 games played and started...Also tallied 68 RBI...Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and was a MIAA Scholar-Athlete.

2021: Played in 17 games, including six starts...Hit .333 with 10 hits, six runs, two doubles, two triples and six RBI...Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2020: Saw his first action at UCM playing in 18 games and making 14 starts ... Started 12 games in center field, more than any other Mule ... Picked up a hit in his very first at bat in the season opener against Flagler (Jan. 31) ... Hit .306 for the season with 15 hits in 49 turns at bat ... Drove in 10 runs and scored 12 ... Led the Mules in stolen bases with 11 ... Hit his first career home run in a Mules win at Newman (March 6) ... Finished the year with four hits, five runs and four RBI in his final three games ... Was one of the Mules leading hitters with two outs going 7-17 for a .412 batting average ... Made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for the second straight year. 

2019: Redshirted in 2019, did not compete ... Made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for his work in the classroom.

In High School: Played four years and was an All-Conference and All-Sectional selection as a senior ... Won a regional championship with Columbia in 2018 ... Also played three years of basketball and soccer, winning a state championship in soccer in 2014 ... Was a member of the National Honor Society and was an All-State All-Academic team member. 

Personal: Son of Thane and Jennifer van Breusegen ... Majoring in Digital Media Production.
