Cross Country: Competed in five meets with three top-20 finishes for the Mules... Placed fifth at the SBU Bearcat Invitational with a 6.25k time of 19:43.11... Was a All-MIAA Honorable Mention selection after placing 17th at the MIAA Championships (Oct. 20) with an 8k time of 25:05.1... Ran the 10k at the Central Region Cross Country Championships (Nov. 4) with a time of 31:03.5 taking 17th place... Had an 8k time of 24:54.1 at the Greeno / Dirksen Invitational (Sept. 16) placing 28th... Was a MIAA Academic Honor Roll and Scholar Award winner for his work in the classroom.
Indoor Track & Field: Ran in four meets for the Mules... Placed second in the 3k at the UCM Invitational (Jan. 19) with a time of 8:47.19... Ran a season-best 3k time of 8:37.28 at the Washburn Open (Feb. 2) taking eighth place... Had a 5k time of 14:40.97 at the Indoor Groilla Classic (Feb. 10) placing fifth... Ran the 5k at the MIAA Indoor Championships in 14:55.81 earning fifth place... Placed 10th in the 3k at the MIAA Indoor Championships (Feb. 24) with a time of 8:38.21... Was a MIAA Academic Honor Roll selection for his work in the classroom.
Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in one meet for the Mules... Ran the 3000m steeplechase at the MIAA Outdoor Championships (May 4) finishing in 15th place with a time of 9:36.56.
2022-23
Cross Country: Competed in five meets for the Mules... Ran a personal-best 8k in 24:46.6 at the MIAA Championships (Nov. 5) placing 18th... Captured the individual title at the Broder War XC Championships (Oct. 7) with a time of 24:53.9... Placed ninth at the Gans Creek Classic (Sept. 30) with a time of 25:05.9... Ran a 30:41.6 10k at the Central Region Championships (Nov. 19) earning 47th place.
Indoor Track: Competed in four meets for the Mules... Ran the mile in 4:30.23 at the UCM Mule Relays (Jan. 27) finishing in fourth place... Placed 14th in the 3k at the Bearcat Invite (Feb. 2) with a time of 8:49.55... Finished in 15th place in the 5k at the Crimson & Gold Invitational (Dec. 10) with a time of 14:59.75.
Outdoor Track: Competed in five meets for the Mules... Ran the 3000-meter steeplechase in 9:45.94 at the David Suenram Gorilla Classic (April 8) finishing in fourth place... Had a personal-best 1500m time of 4:01.69 finishing in seventh place at the UCM Mule Relays (April 14)... Scored three points for the Mules with a sixth place finish in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:31.60 at the MIAA Championships (May 5).
2021-22:
Cross Country: Competed in seven meets for the Mules ... Finished in 119th place at the 2021 NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships (Nov. 20) completing the 10k in 32:46.2 ... Ran the 10k at the NCAA Division II Central Regional Cross Country Championships (Nov. 6) in 31:02.0 placing 31st ... Finished in 19th place at the 2021 MIAA Cross Country Championships (Oct. 23) with a time of 25:28.1.
Indoor Track: Competed in five meets for the Mules ... Placed 17th in the 5k at the 2022 MIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 25) with a time of 14:57.97.
Outdoor Track: Competed in five meets for the Mules ... Had a pair of top-15 finishes at the 2022 MIAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 6) including an 11th place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:36.20 and a 13th place finish in the 5k (15:19.05).
