Cross Country: Ran in all five races for the Jennies ... Was UCM's top finisher at the NCAA Central Region Championships, running a personal-best 6K time of 23:19.40 ... Scored for UCM in all five races ... Ran a 5K PR time of 19:34.28 at the Missouri Southern Stampede ... Placed fifth at the CMU Gary Stoner Invitational, running 19:54.53 for 5,000m ... Was the Jennies second finisher at the MIAA Championships, completing the 6K course in 24:05.5.

2014-15
Cross Country: Ran in all six races in 2014 … Set personal-bests at three different distances … Set a PR in the 6K at the MIAA Championships, running 24:43.90 and was the fifth scorer for the Jennies … Ran a personal-best 5K of 20:14.22 at the Southwest Baptist Invitational for a top-20 finish … At the NCAA Regional ran 25:22.76 for the 6K … Finished 24th at the UCM Mule Run in 16:03.27 for 4K. 

2013-14
Indoor Track: Ran a season-best 11:35.14 in the 3,000m at the Mule Relays … Finished fifth in the same event two weeks later at the UCM Classic.
 
Outdoor Track: Ran at the MIAA Championships, completing 5,000m in 20:30.18.
 
2012-13
Cross Country: Ran in two races for UCM … Finished 49^th at the Mule Run in 17:11 and 42^nd at the Central Methodist Invitational in 20:55.85.
 
Indoor Track: Ran the 3,000m and 5,000m events for the Jennies … Set collegiate-bests in both events finishing in fourth place in the 3,000m at the UCM Classic in 10:55.86 and ninth at the UCM Mule Relay in 19:04.31 … Finished in 18^th place at the MIAA Championships in the 5K.
 
Outdoor Track: Twice ran the 5,000m, running 18:48.75 at the Wash U Invitational.
 
2011-12
Cross Country: Ran in three races this season, with a season-best finish of 13th at the UCM Mule Run.
 
Outdoor Track: Placed 12th in the 3,000m Run at the Emporia State Relays (11:44.41) ... Finished in 15th place in the 5,000m Run at the UCM Mule Relays (19:53.06).

In High School: Three-time All-Conference ... State qualifier ... Two-time state qualifier in cross country ... District champion in the 4x800m Relay ... Also lettered two years in swimming.
