2019-20
Cross Country: Competed in five races ... Set PR's at both the 5K and 6K distances ... Ran a career-best 5K at the Chile Pepper Invitational (Oct. 5) crossing the line in 20:29.2 ... At the MIAA Championships (Oct. 26), placed 58th running 24:18.0, a new PR for 6K ... Once again made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and earned the MIAA Academic Excellence Award. 

Indoor Track: Ran all the distance races during the season ... Set personal-bests in the mile running 5:39.15 at the Pittsburg State Invitational (Feb. 1) and the 3K running 11:39.93 at the UCM Invitational (Jan. 24) ... Competed in her first MIAA Track Championships (Mar. 1), placing 21st in the 5K running 20:09.80 ... Came in the second in the 5K at the UCM Mule Relays (Feb. 7) in a season-best 19:56.87.  

2018-19
Cross Country: Ran in all seven races during the cross country season ... Picked up a season-best 5K time of 20:15.5 at the Missouri Southern Stampede (Sept. 15) ... At the UCM home meet, the UCM Mule Run (Oct. 20), ran her fastest 6K race, finishing 45th in 24:52.2 ... Also broke 25 minutes for the 6K at the NCAA Central Region Championships (Nov. 17), running 24:57.8.

Indoor Track: Competed in two meets, running an 11:51.26 3K for her first race of the season at the UCM Mule Relays (Feb. 1) ... Went on the road to the Northwest Missouri Bearcat Invitational (Feb. 8) and ran 5:43.11 for the mile.

Outdoor Track: Set a season-best 5K time at the UCM Mule Relays (Apr. 19) running 19:23.13 ... At the SBU Invitational (Apr. 6) finished her first 1500m race in 5:13.47 ... Earned the MIAA Academic Excellence Award with a 4.0 GPA and made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
