• MIAA Academic Honor Roll (2018-20)

2019-20
Cross Country: Ran in three 5K races and finishes them all within 51 seconds of each other ... Ran a season-best at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational (Sept. 21) crossing the line in 20:05.8 ... Set a personal-best and scored for UCM at the NCAA Regional Championship (Nov. 9) running a PR for the 6K race in 23:24.2 and placing 85th out of 220 competitors ... Made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for the third straight year.

Indoor Track: Ran the 800m and mile races in five meets for the Jennies ... Won the 800m at the UCM Mule Relays (Feb. 7) running 2:27.27 ... Ran a season-best mile at the MIAA Championships finishing 15th in 5:22.99 ... Was also on the Jennies DMR team at the conference meet which took fifth place in 12:25.64.

2018-19
Cross Country: After missing the first four races of the season, joined the Jennies over the final three ... Had her best race at the MIAA Championships (Nov. 3) where she ran 24:46.00 for 6K ... Competed in the NCAA Central Region Championship (Nov. 17), running 25:02.1.

Indoor Track: Ran in six races during the indoor season, including competing for UCM at the MIAA Championships (Feb. 23) ... Placed 17th in the mile at the conference meet running 5:30.78 and was on the eighth place distance medley relay team which ran 12:49.29 ... Made the Jennies all-time top-10 in the 1,000m, running 3:11.06 to win at the UCM Mule Relays (Feb. 1), which is the ninth fastest in team history.

Outdoor Track: Ran in three meets, taking part in the 800m and 1500m races ... Opened the season with a 2:27.56 800m at the SBU Invitational (Apr. 6) ... Finished in 12th place at the MIAA Championships running 4:54.76 for 1500m, second-fastest on the Jennies for the season ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2017-18
Cross Country: Was one of just five Jennies to run in all six races during the season ... Finished fourth for UCM at the NCAA Central Region Championships, running 23:41.90, her best 6K race of the season ... Was the third finisher for the Jens at the MIAA Championships, finishing 42nd overall and running 24:33.45 ... Ran a season-best 5K at the SBU Invitational, crossing the line in 19:22.02 ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for the 2017-18 season.

Indoor Track: Competed at the MIAA Championships in the mile where she ran 5:17.87 and placed 13th ... Was also on the Distance Medley Relay team that ran 12:13.57 and finished in fourth place with the third-best time in team history ... Primarily ran the mile and 800m races with season-best marks of 5:16.07 for the mile and 2:25.15 for 800m.

Outdoor Track: Ran the second-fastest 1500m for UCM, crossing the line in a season-best 4:51.43 at the UCM Mule Relays ... Competed in the event at the MIAA Championship, where she finished 23rd in 5:18.72 ... Also ran a season-best 800m at the Pittsburg State Invitational, finishing in 2:25.17.

In High School: Ran track and cross country at the Ursuline Academy in St. Louis, Mo. ... Three-time All-Conference in cross country, including First Team All-Conference as a senior ... Earned three All-State awards in track and field, two as a senior finishing third in the 1600m race and fourth for 800m ... Back-to-back conference champion in the 800m in 2016 and 2017, and also was a member of the conference championship 4x800m relay team as a senior ... Played four years on the Ursuline Academy basketball team, earning All-Conference awards all four years ... Earned the Ursuline Academy First Honors Award as a junior and senior, given to students with a GPA of 3.75 or higher. 

Personal: Daughter of John and Karen Sewester ... Majoring in Elementary Education.
