• MIAA Academic Honor Roll (2019-20)

2019-20
Cross Country: Competed in five different races ... Set new personal-bests at both the 5K and 6K distances ... Opened the season running 20:19.4 for 5K at the Southwest Baptist Invitational (Sept. 7) ... Took more than a full minutes off of her best time in the 6K, running 24:08.7 at the MIAA Championships (Oct. 26) ... Ran for UCM at the NCAA Regional Championship, finishing in 24:51.3 for the 6K race ... Made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track: Ran everything from the mile to the 5K at five different meets during the season ... Finished 17th at the MIAA Championships (Feb. 28) in the 3K running a personal-best time 11:11.49 ... At the UCM Mule Relays (Feb. 7) finished third in the 5K running 20:03.77. 

2018-19
Cross Country: Started and ended the season with a pair of season-bests ... In her first collegiate race, ran her fastest 5K time of the season, 21:18.1 at the SBU Invitational (Sept. 1) ... Competed for the Jennies at the NCAA Central Region Championships (Nov. 17), running her fastest 6K, 25:09.9.

Indoor Track: Ran the mile and 3K races in four meets for UCM ... Improved as the season went along, with a season-best mark of 11:36.32 coming in the 3K at the Northwest Missouri Bearcat Invitational (Feb. 8) and 5:42.43 for the mile at the UCM Classic (Feb. 16).

Outdoor Track: Competed in the 1500m and 5K races for the Jennies ... Took to the track in her first MIAA Championship (May 4) race, running 19:48.73 in the 5K and placing 16th ... Had a season-best time at that distance of 19:16.43 at the Mule Relays (Apr. 19), which was third fastest for UCM during the season ... Ran 5:14.62 in her only 1500m race of the season ... Made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll. 

In High School: Ran four years of track and field and cross country at Washington Community High School in Washington, Ill. ... Competed at the state meet three out of four years and won a regional championship in 2015 ... Has personal-best times of 18:58 in the three mile, 11:56.85 for 3200m and 5:45.48 for 1600m ... Also played two years of basketball.

Personal: Daughter of Wayne and Beth Myers ... Majoring in Actuarial Science.
