2019-20
Cross Country: Set a pair of PR's in the 5K and the 6K during the season ... Ran in all six races for UCM ... Opened the season with a 12th place finish at the Southwest Baptist Invitational (Sept. 7) running 19:14.24 for 5K ... Set her personal-best in the 5K at the Chile Pepper Invitational (Oct. 5) running 18:32 to place 11th out of 353 competitors ... Placed second at the Gary Stoner Invitational running 19:26.26 ... Earned All-MIAA Second Team Honors at the MIAA Championship running a personal-best in the 6K 22:30.5 and placing 15th ... at the NCAA Central Region Championships, placed 40th in 22:43 ... Was an MIAA Scholar-Athlete and made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track: Continued to set personal-bests running the mid-distance races ... In her first meet of the season, ran a personal-best 5:17.60 mile to place third at the UCM Invitational (Jan. 24) ... Won the 600m at the UCM Mule Relays (Feb. 7) running a PR 1:26.85 ... Moved to seventh all-time in the Jennies indoor 800m at the MIAA Championships (Feb. 29) running 2:13.80 in the preliminary round ... Placed fourth at the conference meet in the event running 2:14.17 in the finals and was on the Jennies 5th place Distance Medley Relay Team which ran 12:25.64.

2018-19
Cross Country: Was one of the Jennies top-two runners for the season, finishing in first or second for UCM in all seven races ... Set XC personal-bests at both the 5K and 6K distances ... Had her best performance of the year finishing 52nd at the NCAA Central Region Championships (Nov. 17), breaking 23 minutes for the first time in the 6K, crossing the line in 22:59.7 ... Went sub-19 for the 5K in her second meet of the season running 18:52.4 at the Missouri Southern Stampede (Sept. 15) ... Finished 29th at the MIAA Championships (Nov. 3), running 23:35.8. 

Indoor Track: Ran every distance from the 400m to the mile ... In her first career indoor 400m race, finished second running 59.95 at the UCM Classic (Feb. 16) ... Just missed out on making the All-MIAA team for 800m at the conference meet, placing fourth after running 2:14.88, her fastest time of the season ... At the UCM Mule Relays (Jan. 31) ran 1:27.91 for 600 yards and finished the mile in 5:30.17 at the UCM Invite (Jan. 18).

Outdoor Track: Set a new personal-best for 800m at the MIAA Championship (May 4) where she took fifth place in 2:13.41 ... Earned an All-MIAA award for her role on the Jennies 4x400m relay team at the conference meet, helping the Jennies to a third place finish in 3:47.84 ... Competed at the historic Drake Relays (Apr. 24) on both the Jennies 4x400m relay and sprint medley relay teams, taking third in the sprint medley race ... Opened the season with a 5:01.55 in the 1500m at the Emporia State Relays (Mar. 30) ... Made the Academic Honor Roll for both Cross Country and Track and Field and was an MIAA Scholar Athlete for Track and Field. 

2017-18
Cross Country: Ran in all six races for the Jennies ... Was an All-MIAA Honorable Mention after finishing 18th at the conference meet, running 23:33.51 for 6K ... Had a season-best 6K at the NCAA Regional Championship where she ran 23:31.93 and finished 84th ... Ran a season-best 5K race of 19:02.37, second-fastest 5K race for UCM, at the SBU Invitational ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for the 2017-18 season and was an MIAA Scholar-Athlete for Cross Country and Track and Field.

Indoor Track: Finished second at the MIAA Championship in the 800m, running 2:14.08, putting her seventh all-time in UCM in the event ... Was also on the Jennies Distance Medley Relay that took fourth place at the conference with a time of 12:13.57, third fastest in team history ... Also competed in the 600 yard run and the mile, running season-best times of 1:27.59 for the 600 yard and 5:28.67 for the mile. 

Outdoor Track: Again earned a spot on the podium for the 800m run at the MIAA Championships, finishing third in 2:14.91 ... ran one 1500m race and crossed the line in 4:52.37, the third fastest time in the event for the Jennies.

In High School: Ran varsity track and field for four years ... Named All-State seven times in four years ... Was the conference high-point award winner in 2014, 2015 and 2017 ... Made the All-Conference Academic Team all four years ... Also played basketball and softball and was a four-year Outstanding Academic Achievement award winner.
 
Personal: Daughter of Burt and Cara Elmore ... Majoring in Kinesiology.
