• MIAA Academic Honor Roll (2018-20)

2019-20
Cross Country: Returned to XC after missing a season to compete in five races ... Ran a season-best 5K time of 21:18.9 at the Chile Pepper Invitational (Oct. 5) ... Set a personal-best in the 6K at the MIAA Championships (Oct. 26) running 24:54.7 ... Made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for the third straight year.

Indoor Track: Ran the 800m in three races ... Set a new personal-best in the event at the PSU Indoor Gorilla Classic (Feb. 14) running 2:28.81 ... Took third place in the half-mile running 2:32.21 at the UCM Mule Relays (Feb. 7). 

2018-19
Indoor Track: Set personal-bests at three distances during the indoor season ... Opened the year at the UCM Invitational (Jan. 18) with a 5:53.89 for the mile in her first race in 11 months, her best mile time at UCM ... Set another PR at the UCM Mule Relays (Jan. 31) in the 600 yard run, finishing in 1:34.92 ... Ended the year at the Northwest Missouri Bearcat Invitational (Feb. 8) running 2:29.99 for 800m.

Outdoor Track: After missing the outdoor season as a freshman in 2018, ran in three outdoor meets, competing in the 800m and 1500m races ... Started the season with a 5:22.65 1500m at the Emporia State Relays (Mar. 30) and helped UCM to a first-place finish in the 4x800m relay as the Jennies ran a 10:17.52 ... At the UCM Mule Relays, ran 2:31.15 for 800m, her fastest outdoor 800m of the season ... Made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for her work in the classroom.

2017-18
Cross Country: Competed in five races as a freshman including the MIAA Championships ... Ran a season-best 5K in her first race at the Southwest Baptist Invitational, running 20:58.03 ... Finished 86th at the MIAA Championships, running a season-best 26:42.89 for the 6K race ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for the 2017-18 season.

Indoor Track: Ran the 600 yard and 800m races during the season ... For 800m ran a season-best 2:30.84 at the UCM Classic ... Her best 600 yard time was 1:37.74, done at the MSSU Lion Open.

In High School: A four year letterwinner in Cross Country and three years in Track and Field at Shawnee Mission South HS ... As a senior competed in both the open 800m and with the 4x800m relay team at the Kansas 6A state championships, finishing seventh in the relay ... Earned All-Metro Honorable Mention in Cross Country and was a three time cross country All-League honoree ... Also played a year of soccer ... Made the Principal's Academic Honor Roll all four years and was a Kansas Honors Scholar. 

Personal: Daughter of Tom Carroll and Dana Bernard ... Majoring in Fashion Merchandising and Business Marketing.
