As a Sophomore: Competed in five events, playing 14 rounds … Averaged 74.5 strokes per round … Of his 14 rounds, four were at or below par … Shot a three-round low score of +2, 215 at the Northeastern State Golf Classic to finish T-13^th … Low round of 69 came at the Missouri Western Invitational … In the classroom, was named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and earned the MIAA Academic Excellence Award with a 4.0 GPA.

As a Redshirt Freshman: Played in four tournaments during the 2016-17 season, carding a 76.10 stroke average … Shot a season-low one-over par at the Lindenwood Invitational, including a season-low round of 69, to finish tied for sixth … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and earned MIAA Academic Excellence Award honors with a perfect 4.0 GPA.

As a Freshman: Did not appear in any tournament during the 2015-16 season while redshirting ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and earned MIAA Academic Excellence Award honors with a perfect 4.0 GPA.

In High School: A four-time All-State honoree for head coach Ben Glasgow at Licking High School ... had a career-best runner-up finish his sophomore season at state ... won three district championships and captured the sectional crown his freshman season ... earned High Honor Roll honors for his work in the classroom.

Personal: Son of Kent Barnes and Tanna Roberts ... Design and Drafting Technology major.
