As a Junior:  Was the Jennies primary designated player and was named All-MIAA Honorable Mention … Was the Jennies leader with 34 RBI while hitting .284 for the season … Of her 40 hits, 13 were for extra bases clubbing a team-high 10 doubles and three home runs … Tied for second in the MIAA with six sacrifice flies … Totaled eight multi-hit and seven multi-RBI games … Was the only Jennie with two three-RBI games … Did most of her damage against right-handed pitchers hitting .314 with 37 of her 40 hits coming against righties … Made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and was an NFCA Scholar Athlete.

At Barton CC: Played for two years at Barton Community College in Great Bend, Kan. As a sophomore, Summers was named to the KJCCC All-Conference Team after hitting .400 with seven home runs and 44 RBI. In 100 career games for the Cougars, Summers had a .359 batting average and .413 on base percentage with 108 hits, 22 doubles, 13 home runs and 82 runs batted in.

In High School: Summers was All-State as a senior at Seaman HS and two-time All-League and All-City selection ... Also played volleyball where she was a two-time All-State selection. 

Personal: Daughter of Cara Sloan-Ramos ... Majoring in Interior Design.
