As a junior: A third team All-MIAA selection in 2013, he started every game ... completed 237 of 348 passes (68.1 percent) for 3,034 yards and 29 touchdowns ... led the MIAA averaging 303.4 yds/game passing ... threw for career-high 401 yards and tied school record with six total touchdowns in win over Lindenwood ... named MIAA Player of the Week after throwing for 321 yards and three TDs with only three incompletions in win at Central Oklahoma ... 3,034 yards and 29 touchdowns are both third most in a single season in school history ... also rushed for 99 yards and two touchdowns ... an MIAA Scholar-Athlete with at least a 3.5 grade point average and having earned All-MIAA honors ... also named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In high school: Head Coach: Joe McBride – A two-year starter at Coppell High School … threw for over 3400 yards with 29 touchdowns as a senior when he helped lead the team to a 11-2 record and earned District Offensive MVP honors and all-region accolades … threw for 12 TDs and just three INTs as a junior … was a Montana National QB of the Year Top 36 and team captain … also a two-year starter for the lacrosse team earning honorable mention all-state honors and named state tournament MVP after helping squad to state championship.
