In 2013: Did not compete in the indoor/outdoor seasons.

In 2012 (indoor): Earned All-American honors with a 5th place finish in the 60m hurdles at the NCAA Championships ... Scored for the Mules in two events at the MIAA Championships, finishing 6th in the 60m dash and 8th in the 60m hurdles ... Won the 60m hurdles at three meets during the regular season, at the Missouri Southern Lion Invite, UCM Mule Relays, and the UCM Classic ... (outdoor): Placed 14th in the 110m hurdles at the NCAA Championships ... Finished 4th in the 110m hurdles at the MIAA Championships ... Ran the third leg of the 4x100m relay that placed 6th, scoring for UCM at the MIAA Championships ... Won the 110m hurdles at the Pittsburg State Wendy’s Open Invite ... Helped the Mules to an 11th place finish in the 4x200m relay at the Drake Relays.

In 2011: Finished 3rd in the 60m hurdles at the MIAA Indoor Championships ... Also placed 3rd at the outdoor championships, in the 110m hurdles .. ran the third leg of the 4x100m relay that finished 6th at the MIAA Outdoor Championships.

In 2010: Redshirted both indoor and outdoor seasons.

In High School: An all-state selection three of his four years ... qualified for the Junior Olympics ... also played basketball and football.

Personal: Physical Education (K-12) major ... son of Ralph II and Suercarca Tillman ... also plays as a wide receiver for the Mules football team.
