As a Junior: Had her finest season to date, making her first All-MIAA team as an Honorable Mention at second base … Hit .292 for the season with 38 hits, 19 runs and 15 RBI … Slugged .354 and reached base at a .321 clip … Picked up nine multi-hit games … Was the Jennies best hitter leading off innings reaching base in 18 of her 30 opportunities  … Hit her first career home run and was 2-3 with two runs and two RBI against Pittsburg State (March 28) … Drove in three runs with two hits in a win at Fort Hays State (March 23) … In the classroom, was an MIAA Scholar Athlete, NFCA Scholar Athlete and made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

As a Sophomore: Played in 35 games and made 17 starts, all at second base and designated player … Hit .133 in 30 at bats with four hits and one double … Was often deployed as a pinch runner and scored eight runs, including one in each of the final four games of the season … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and an NFCA Scholar Athlete ... Following the season, represented the Jennies as a part of Team USA for USA Athletes International on a trip to Aruba.

As a Freshman: Made 51 starts all at second base for the Jennies … Hit .203 for the season with a .252 on base percentage … Collected 27 hits with eight doubles, 10 RBI and 12 runs scored … A steady fielder, Koop finished with a .972 fielding percentage, successfully handling 176 of her 181 chances … Connected for two doubles in a 2-for-3 effort with a run against Northeastern State (Apr. 8) … Named an NFCA Scholar Athlete.

In High School: Koop is a four-year letter-winner for Coach Roger Lower and Blue Springs High School … She was a member of the All-District Team her junior year, and was a part of the 2013 and 2014 conference championship teams, as well as the district championship teams in 2011 and 2014 and the 2011 state runners-up ... A two-time letter-winner in soccer, and was a part of the district championship team her sophomore year … Selected to the All-Academic Team all four years at Blue Springs and was a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of James and Esther Koop … Majoring in Business.
