2017-18:(Indoor): Had another strong season for the Jennies...Set a personal-bet in the 60m dash at the Mules Relays with a time of 8.03 placing seventh...Her top finish in the 200m dash was at the UCM Classic where she placed second with a time of 25.74...She also set another personal best at the MIAA Indoor Conference meet in the 600 yd dash, scoring for the Jennies placing first with a time of 1:23.61...Ran on the 4x400m relay at the NCAA Indoor National Championships, where the team placed tenth with a time of 3:48.19...(Outdoor): Started off the outdoor season placing third in the 800m run at the Wendy's/PSU Invitational with a time of 2:21.02...Set a personal best in the 100m dash at the Gorilla Classic placing third with a time of 12.39...Went to the Historic Drake Relays and ran on the 4x100m relay that placed fourth running a 46.96...Ran the 4x400m relay that placed fourth with a time of 3:46.10...Also ran on the 1600 Spring Medley Relay that finished second with a time of 4:03.16...Thole set a personal best at the MIAA Outdoor Championships where she ran the 400m dash as well as the 4x100, and 4x400m relays...Set her personal best in the 400m dash scoring for the Jennies placing fifth with a time of 54.89...Was on the 4x100m relay team that placed fifth with a time of 46.83...Was on the second place 4x400m relay team that ran a time of 3:45.79...Set a big personal best in the 200m dash at the Sam Williams Twilight Qualifier where she placed second wtih a time of 24.65...Traveled to the NCAA Outdoor National meet where seh ran the 400m dash (55.44) and the 4x400m relay (3:45.33) finishing thirteenth...Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll...Named an MIAA-Scholar-Athlete

2016-17: (Indoor): Ran every sprint race for the Jennies from the 60m to the 800m … Set indoor personal-bests in the 60m (8.04), 200m (25.62) and 400m (58.53 races) … Was a part of the Jennies 10^th place 4x400m relay team at the NCAA Championships that ran 3:46.73, second-fastest time in school history … Named All-MIAA with the 4x400m relay finishing in second place in 3:50.80 … Also ran the 600 yard run at the conference meet and took fifth in 1:26.31 … Climbed the UCM record books and her 200m time puts her fourth and her 400m time is 10^th all-time indoors at UCM. (Outdoor): Earned her second career All-American award helping the 4x400m relay to an eighth place finish in 3:42.99 … The relay’s time in the preliminary round of 3:42.82 is the second-best mark at UCM … She also ran in the open 400m at nationals, finishing in 19^th place in 56:01 … Set the new UCM school record for 400m, running 55:15 at the MIAA Championships where she took third overall … Ran on the 4x100m and 4x400m teams at the league meet where she finished fourth and third, respectively … The 4x100m time of 46.88 is the second-fastest ever at UCM … At the Drake Relays, helped the Jennies to second place finishes in the 4x400m relay and the 1600m Sprint Medley Relay … The Jennies time of 3:59.98 in the sprint medley is the fastest in school history … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and an MIAA Scholar-Athlete

2015-16: (Indoor): Ran on the All-American 4x400m relay team that set a school record 3:45.87 at the NCAA Championships … Finished in second place at the MIAA Championships in the 600 yard run, running 1:23.84, second-fastest in school history … Ran all the sprint races, setting a personal-best 25.81 in the 200m dash, which is seventh all-time, and 58.87 for 400m ... (Outdoor): Was a part of all three school record-breaking relay teams during the outdoor season … Was on the 4x400m relay at the NCAA Division II Championships as the team ran 3:41.62, fifth-fastest in the preliminary round … Ran on the 4x800m relay that ran 9:01.67 at the Drake Relays … Finished in sixth place at the MIAA Championships in the open 400m dash, running 57.39 … Set a personal-best in the prelims running 57.27 … Ran on the MIAA Championship 4x400m relay that ran 3:47.76 … Was on the school record 4x100m relay team that took fourth at the conference meet in 46.80 … Ran a PR 25.19 in the 200m dash at the ESU Twilight Qualifier … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and an MIAA Scholar Athlete.

In High School: Ran track for four years at West Delaware High School … Qualified for the state meet 16 times across all four years and placed 12 times … Also played volleyball, basketball and softball for all four years … Named First Team All-State and First Team All-Conference in softball and volleyball … Helped softball and volleyball teams to three state tournaments and three district titles … Won conference volleyball in 2014 and participated in the Iowa all-star volleyball game.
