Cross Country: Set personal-bests in the 5K and 6K distances … Was the Jennies second placer in all six races … Ran 22:21.56 for 6K at the NCAA Championships where she was 58^th overall … Was 26^th overall at the MIAA Championships running 23:14.19 … Had a top-10 finish at the Missouri S&T Classic, placing eighth in 22:57.94 … Ran a personal-best 5K at the Missouri Southern Stampede, completing the course in 18:46.21 ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
 

Indoor Track: Ran mostly the 3K and 5K races and did so at the MIAA Championships … Finished 10^th in the 5K with an indoor-best time of 18:03.59 to finish 10^th which is seventh all-time at UCM … In the 3K at the league meet, finished 14^th running 10:34.77, another season-best.

Outdoor Track: Ran the 10K/5K double at the MIAA meet and scored for the Jennies in the 10k by finishing sixth in a personal-best time of 37:38.80 which is also seventh-best all-time at UCM … Took 17^th in the 5K running 19:24.20 … Set a new personal-best in the 5K running 18:03.21 at the Kansas Relays … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
 

2015-16
Cross Country: Competed in all five races in her second year with the Jennies … Set a personal-best in the 5K at the Missouri Southern Stampede, running 20:19.54 … Finished in 14th place at the CMU Invitational, running 20:50.05 for the 5K course … Was the third scorer for the Jens at the NCAA Central Region Championships, running the 6K course in a season-best time of 24:08.27 … Also competed at the MIAA Championships, running 25:34.5 for 6,000m ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track: Primarily ran the 3,000m running a season-best 11:37.64 and placing sixth at the UCM Invitational … Set a personal-best in the mile running 5:42.84 at the Mule Relays.

Outdoor Track: Ran the 10K at the MIAA Championships and placed 13^th running 42:18.01 for a personal-best … Ran a season-best 5K at the Kansas Relays, running 19:19.12.

2014-15
Cross Country: Competed in all six races as a freshman … Was the Jennies third finisher at the NCAA Central Region Championships, running the 6K course in a personal-best time of 24:07.79 and placing 79th … Was the Jens fourth scorer at the MIAA Championships, placing 57th overall in 24:32.74 for 6K … Placed 23rd overall in the 5K at the Southwest Baptist Invitational, with a season-best 20:22.44 … Ran the 4K at the UCM Mule Run in 15:59.88 to finish 22nd … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll. 

Indoor Track: Ran the 3,000m and 5,000m races as a freshman … Finished 20th at the MIAA Championships in the 5,000m run in 19:34.04 … Ran a season-best in the event of 19:21.86 at the MSSU Lion Invite … Ran 11:06.21 for 3,000m at the UCM Classic.

Outdoor Track: Placed 20th at the MIAA Championships in the 5,000m run, finishing in 20:30.73 … Ran a season-best 5K 19:08.42 at the UCM Mule Relays … Ran 5:14.41 in her only 1500m race of the season.

In High School: Ran for four years at West De Moines Dowling Catholic High School ... Named All-Conference and All-District in track in 2011 ... Was a part of four straight conference championship cross country teams (2010-13), three straight district championship teams (2010-12) and three state championship teams (2010-11, 2013) ... Was also a part of the 2013 district track championship team ... Honored with the Academic All-Conference Award for all four years of cross country (2010-13) and all four years of track (2011-14).
