2015-16
Cross Country: Competed in all five races for UCM … Set personal-bests in all three distances raced … Had two top-15 finishes including a fifth place finish at the CMU Invitational, crossing the line in 26:48.74 … Set a PR in the 8K at the Missouri Southern Stampede, running 25:59.79 … Ran 21:33.66 at the SBU Invitational for a 14th place finish and new PR for 6,400m … Competed at the MIAA Championships, finishing 57th in 26:51.8 and ran in his first NCAA Central Regional Championship, setting a PR in the 10K, completing the course in 32:57.18 ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track:  Ran in two races during the indoor season setting indoor PR’s in the miles (4:35.37) and 3,000m (9:12.20).

Outdoor Track: Ran at five races and set personal-bests in three different events … Placed 14^th at the MIAA Championships in his first 10K race, running 33:23.66 … Ran a 16:01.37 5K at the MSSU Invitational and 4:16.16 1500 at the ESU Relays.

2014-15
Cross Country: Ran in five races for the Mules including the MIAA Championship … Set a new personal-best in the 8K of 26:48 at the St. Louis Pharmacy Classic where he placed 13th overall … Ran 26:56.11 at the MIAA Championships and placed 47th … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2013-14
Cross Country: Competed in four races during the season … Best finish was a 17^th place effort at the SBU Twilight, completing the 5K course in 17:11.05 … Ran his best 8K at the Central Methodist Invitational in 28:05.56.

Indoor Track: Ran the 3K and 5K at UCM’s home meets ... Ran season-best 3K, 9:38.36 and 5K, 16:39.05.

Outdoor Track: Ran in four meets, competing in the 1,500m, 3K and 5K events ... Had season-best times of 4:24.25 (1,500m), 9:40.99 (3K) and 16:26.68 (5K).
 
In High School: Was a two-time all-conference selection and two-time sectional qualifier for head coach John Steele at Truman High School ... Was a member of the Quill and Scroll Honor Society and was named to the Honor Roll.

Personal: Majoring in Digital Media Production ... Son of Mike and Carol Frazier.
