As a redshirt sophomore: Competed at 149 pounds....had an overall record of 20-10 with seven falls, two technical falls, two major decisions and contributed 59 team points for the Mules.

As a redshirt freshman: Led the Mules in pins (14) while wrestling to 25 win season, third highest among the Mules...was named the teams Co-Rookie-of-the-Year.
As a freshman: Redshirted

In high school: A four-time state qualifier and three-time state placewinner with two third-place finishes...career record of 153-31. 

Personal: Physical Education major...Born July 28, 1989...son of Rick Russow and Cindy Oxendine.
