In 2013 (cross country): Won the UCM Mule Run and Central Methodist ... earned All-MIAA honors with a 6th place finish at the MIAA Championships ... earned All-Region honors with a 21st place finish at the Central Regional ... (indoor): Won the 3,000m run at the UCM Classic ... earned All-MIAA honors with a 3rd place finish in the 5,000m at the MIAA Championships ... also placed 5th in the 3,000m ... (outdoor): Placed 4th and 5th at the MIAA Championships in the 5,000 and 10,000m runs, respectively.

In 2012 (cross country): Was the second-highest finisher for the Jennies at the NCAA Central Regional ... Earned All-MIAA honors with a 9th place finish at the MIAA Championships ... Two other top-10 finishes, with a season-best 4th place result at the Central Methodist Invite, and a 7th place finish at the UCM Mule Run ... (indoor): Placed 14th in the 3,000m run at the MIAA Championships ... Finished 2nd at the UCM Classic in the 3,000m, and 4th at the UCM Mule Relays in the 3,000m ... 2011 Cross Country: Ran in five meets, scoring points for the Jennies at the SBU Twilight meet ... placed 47th at the MIAA Championship.

In high school:  Three-time All-Conference during senior season (4x800m relay, 1,600m run, 3,200m run) ... Placed 2nd in the 4x800m relay at the state meet ... All-State 4x400m relay during junior season ... two-time cross country state team champion ... All-Conference and All-District during junior season ... placed 36th at cross country state meet during junior season ... also lettered in volleyball ... three-time Academic All-State.
