No. 25 Central Missouri Jennies volleyball continues the 2026 season on Tuesday, Sept. 15, as they take on the Rockhurst Hawks (5-4, 0-0 GLVC) at 6:00 p.m., inside Mason-Halpin Field House, in Kansas City, Mo.
The Jens open the 2026 MIAA slate of their schedule with a pair of matches this weekend, beginning Friday, Sept. 18, against the Arkansas-Fort Smith Lions (11-2, 0-0 MIAA), at 6:00 p.m., inside the Stubblefield Center in Fort Smith, Ark., before taking on the Northeastern State RiverHawks (1-9, 0-0 MIAA) at 2:00 p.m., inside the NSU Event Center in Tahlequah, Okla.
For the 474^th time in program history, the Jens are ranked in the latest AVCA (American Volleyball Coaches' Association) Taraflex Division II poll, released on Monday, Sept. 14. Central Missouri is one of six teams from the MIAA conference featured in the top-25, including No. 7 Nebraska-Kearney, No. 8 MoWest, No. 13 Washburn, No. 18 Emporia State, and No. 22 Central Oklahoma.
Central Missouri went undefeated in three matches this past weekend at the Holiday Inn Express Griffon Invite, with a sweep over Illinois-Springfield (3-7, 0-0 GLVC), before winning a pair of four-set matches over Arkansas Tech (7-6, 0-0 GAC) and McKendree (2-8, 0-0 GLVC).

Meet the Jens

Central Missouri returns 12 players from last year's squad, while adding two transfers, and four freshmen.
Middle blocker/Opposite Ashlynn Jaccard spent the previous two seasons playing for Cowley CC (Kan.) while sophomore Bella Holcomb transferred from Butler CC (Kan.).
Setter Chloe Rauner (Omaha, Neb.), outside hitter Nora Wiley (Quincy, Ill.), middle blocker/right side Mia Lieberman (Caseyville, Ill.), and defensive specialist/libero Evynn Olsen (Omaha, Neb.) are entering their first season of collegiate volleyball.

Series History

Rockhurst: Heading into play Tuesday night, the Jens and Rockhurst will play for the 24th time in program history, as Central Missouri has won four of the previous six meetings, including a five-set thriller on Tuesday, Sept. 30, during Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City Night, inside the Jerry M. Hughes Athletics Center in Warrensburg.
Arkansas-Fort Smith: Friday night will be the sixth match between the Lions and Central Missouri all-time, with the Jens holding a 5-1 advantage after taking both meetings a season ago.
Northeastern State: With this being the inaugural season of RiverHawk volleyball, Saturday afternoon will be the first-ever meeting on the court.

Jens By the Numbers

Through 11 matches of play in the 2026 season, Central Missouri is averaging 15 digs, 12.8 kills, 11.9 assists, two blocks, and 1.5 service aces per set.
2025 Honorable Mention All-MIAA selection Kaelyn McDonald leads the Jens with 39 total blocks on the year, including a team-best 36 block assists, adding 83 kills, 11 assists, and 10 digs for good measure. The middle blocker has posted five or more kills in 10 matches this season, highlighted by a season-best 13 kills on 26 swings (.500 hitting percentage) in the four-set victory over No. 6 Barry (Aug. 27).
2025 Honorable Mention All-MIAA selection Shaye Koski leads the team with 101 kills, while averaging 2.46 kills per set, adding 17 digs and 11 total blocks for good measure. The Parkville, Mo. native has recorded double-digit kills in five matches so far in 2026, including a season-best 14 kills in the five-set victory over receiving votes Grand Valley State (Aug. 29) and against McKendree (Sept. 12) in the final match of the Holiday Inn Express Griffon Invitational.
2024 Second Team All-MIAA selection Maya Fergerson leads the Jens with 101 kills on the year, averaging 2.89 kills per set, adding 23 digs and 14 total blocks through 11 matches in 2026. The Blue Springs, Mo. native has recorded double-figure kills in six matches, including a season-best 16 kills on 30 attempts (.400 attack percentage) in the four-set victory over No. 7 MSU-Denver (Sept. 5).
Sophomore Bria Dawson leads the team in solo blocks with four, while having the third-most blocks per set (0.74). The Overland Park, Kan. native has recorded three double-figure kill performances on the year, including a career-high 17 kills on 37 swings (.378 hitting percentage), adding a career-best six total blocks against No. 22 Bentley (Aug. 28).
Freshman Chloe Rauner leads the team with four double-double performances, highlighted by 46 assists and 14 digs, adding five kills on 14 swings (.357 hitting percentage) and four total blocks in the five-set victory over receiving votes Grand Valley State (Aug. 29). The Omaha, Neb. native has the second-most digs on the team with 104, while her 17 total blocks are fourth-best heading into play Tuesday night.
Libero Ragin Corwin leads the Jens with 183 digs on the year, averaging 4.36 digs per set, while adding 38 assists and a team-high 16 service aces this season. The Blue Springs, Mo. native has recorded double-digit digs in all 11 matches in 2026, including a trio of 20-plus dig performances, highlighted by a career-high 29 digs in the four-set victory over No. 7 MSU-Denver (Sept. 5) in the final match of the Colorado Premier Challenge.
