WARRENSBURG, Mo. – The No. 14 University of Central Missouri Mules Wrestling team fell to the No. 2 Nebraska Kearney Lopers 23-10 at the Jerry M. Hughes Athletics Center on Friday, Jan. 30. 

The duel featured wins by Karim Allal, Trey Dillow, and Damon Ashworth. 

The duel started at 125 with Allal defeating No. 14 Caleb Coyle by major decision (12-4), marking his ninth win of the season and a notable upset for the Mules.

Dillow won in a sudden victory decision (6-3) against Daniel DeRosier at 149 pounds. This was Dillow's 15th win of the season and the 23rd of his career. 

At 184 pounds, No.1 Damon Ashworth earned his 21st win this season, posting an 8-3 decision against No. 4 Kaden Hart, to improve to 21-1 in 2025-26. 

The Mules have their final home dual against Ouachita Baptist on Saturday, Jan. 31st at 2 p.m. Saturday, the team will honor its senior class before the dual begins.
