WARRENSBURG, Mo. – University of Central Missouri Jennies Bowling checks in at No. 25 in the most recent National Ten Pin Coaches' Association (NTCA) Top-25 poll released Tuesday, Dec. 9.
The Jennies received 275 points for their No. 25 ranking. Among just Division II and Division III women's bowling programs, Central Missouri is ranked sixth.
Jacksonville State is the top team with 1,974 points and 43 first-place votes, followed by Vanderbilt University with 1,839 votes and two first-place votes. Arkansas State rounds out the top three in third with 1,686 points.
UCM finished the fall portion of the regular season with an overall record of 42-13 and earned two tournament wins and two second-place finishes.
Central Missouri is scheduled to return to the lanes Jan. 10, hosting the Mid-Missouri Challenge in Warrensburg, Mo.
