GREENWOOD, Ind. – Five University of Central Missouri Jennies soccer student-athletes earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® accolades for their performances in the classroom and on the soccer pitch during the 2024 season, it was announced Tuesday, Nov. 19.
Caroline Cole,
Ashleigh Martin,
Laney Reishus,
Molly Ricker and
Anna Lack all garnered Academic All-District® honors for 2024.
Cole, a redshirt senior midfielder from Columbia, Mo., has played in 21 matches this season, scoring eight goals while dishing out six assists for 22 points.
Martin, a senior forward from St. Charles, Mo., has scored 10 goals while dishing out five assists for 25 points in 19 matches in 2024.
Reishus, a sophomore defender from Shawnee, Kan., has played in 20 matches and scored one goal while compiling one assist for three points.
Ricker, a senior defender out of Shawnee, Kan., has played in 21 matches for UCM in 2024 and netted one goal for two points.
Lack, a junior midfielder from Kansas City, Mo., has played in 21 matches in 2024, scoring one goal for two points.
Academic All-District® honorees are considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in early December.
