WARRENSBURG, Mo. – University of Central Missouri Mules football head coach Josh Lamberson announced the program's 2023 recruiting class Wednesday, Feb. 1, on National Signing Day.

The class features 41 high school standouts and 18 transfers.  

"What a phenomenal day for our Mules football family," Lamberson said. "I'm so excited to welcome all these young men into our program! They are great people that have an amazing ability to play the game of football. We really feel that we covered the needs we identified heading into recruiting season. Size, speed, power, football intelligence and competitive maturity were areas these young men were evaluated in. We pursued them to become members of a family more so than just players on a team. The Mule brotherhood is something special during your eligibility here on campus, but continues even beyond your playing years. This is a relationship we look forward to cultivating for many years to come. This is a special group of young men that will help continue the strong foundation of the Mules football family!"
