  • No. 17 Central Missouri continues their six-game home stand with a pair of MIAA matches this weekend against Fort Hays State (Friday, 6:00 p.m.) and No. 7 Nebraska-Kearney (Saturday, 2:00 p.m.).
  • The Jennies defeated the Drury Panthers on Tuesday night by a final of 3-1 (25-22, 25-21, 17-25, 25-19).

  • Friday's match against Fort Hays State is our Ronald McDonald House of Kansas City Fundraiser Night, where fans can donate household items of $10 or greater for entry into the contest.
  • Items specifically needed include…
    • Mini Toiletries: Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, Small Soaps, Feminine Hygiene Products
    • Paper Towels, Clorox Wipes
    • Packaged Snack Items: Granola Bars, Chips, Cookies, Boxed Cereal

  • Anyone who donates items valued at $10 or more, or makes a monetary donation of at least $10, will receive free admission to the match and a coupon good for a free frozen treat from McDonald's of Warrensburg.

How to Watch
  • Both matches will be available on a pay-per-view basis through the MIAA Network with coverage beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Friday and 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
 
Last Time Out
  • UCM hosted the Drury Panthers on Tuesday night beating them 3-1 (25-22, 25-21, 17-25, 25-19) to extend their winning streak to six games.
  • Redshirt junior Kersti Nix led the Jennies offensively with 15 kills, while outside hitter Sydney Lierz contributed 12 digs, nine kills, and three blocks.
  • Redshirt sophomore Chandler Vaughan had 37 assists, six digs, five blocks, and two kills.
  • Libero Rylie Barnum led Central Missouri defensively with 16 digs in the contest.
 
UCM in the Polls
  • The Jens are ranked No. 17 in the latest AVCA (American Volleyball Coaches' Association) poll, moving down one spot from the previous week. Central Missouri is one of four teams from the MIAA to make an appearance on the list including (No. 6) Washburn, (No. 7) Nebraska-Kearney, and (No. 12) Northwest Missouri.
