Scene Setter

No. 25 Central Missouri returns to the court on Tuesday, Oct. 11, on the road against No. 15 Northwest Missouri in Maryville, Mo.
The No. 23 Jennies split a pair of matchups last weekend with a win against Emporia State (Friday, Oct. 7) and a loss against No. 12 Washburn (Saturday, Oct. 8).

Tuesday's match will be available on a pay-per-view basis through the MIAA Network with coverage beginning at 6:00 p.m.

Last Time Out

No. 23 UCM was defeated by (No. 12) Washburn 3-0 (20-25, 21-25, 18-25) on Saturday, Oct. 8, inside Lee Arena in Topeka, Kan.
Outside hitters Kersti Nix and Grace Southern each recorded seven kills and five blocks.
Libero Grace Winkelmann had a team-high 17 digs, while redshirt freshman Jenna Schulte registered a match-high nine blocks and five kills.
Setter Chandler Vaughan recorded a team-high 14 assists, four blocks, and two digs respectively.

UCM in the Polls

The Jens are ranked No. 25 in the latest AVCA (American Volleyball Coaches' Association) poll, moving down two spots from the previous week. Central Missouri is one of five teams from the MIAA to make an appearance on the list including (No. 8) Nebraska-Kearney, (No. 10) Washburn, (No. 15) Northwest Missouri, and (No. 19) Central Oklahoma.

The No. 25 Jennies will be inside the Multipurpose Building this weekend for Homecoming 2022 as they host Missouri Southern on Friday, Oct. 14, and Pittsburg State on Saturday, Oct. 15, with both matches set to begin at 7:00 p.m.
