• No. 17 University of Central Missouri Jennies Soccer is scheduled to host Fort Hays State on Friday, Oct. 15, at 7 p.m. at the South Recreation Complex before taking on Nebraska Kearney on Sunday, Oct. 17 at 1 p.m.
• The Jennies went 2-0 last week in a pair of MIAA road matches, defeating Newman, 1-0, in overtime on Friday, Oct. 8, in Wichita, Kan., and a 3-1 victory at Central Oklahoma on Sunday, Oct. 10, in Edmond, Okla.

Kassie Newsom scored all four goals for the Jennies in their two wins.
• With her four goals, Newsom increased her team and MIAA-leading goal tally to 11 on the 2021 season.

Kassie Newsom earned her second consecutive MIAA Offensive Athlete of the Week honor with her performance during the week of Oct. 3- Oct. 10.
• Newsom recorded four goals, eight points, and seven shots, to lead UCM to a 1-0 win in overtime over Newman Oct. 8, and a 3-1 victory over Central Oklahoma Oct. 10.
•She netted the game-winning goal in the 91st-minute of extra time against the Jets before compiling a hat-trick with three goals in the victory over the Bronchos. It was the first hattrick for UCM since 2019.
