EDMOND, Ok. (October 7, 2018)-- No. 17 Jennies Soccer fell to No. 16 Central Oklahoma in a top-25 matchup. The Jennies now have their first loss in MIAA play making their record 9-2-1, and 3-1-1 in the MIAA.
How It Happened
• The Bronchos waisted no time and were first on the board in the sixth minute, as Katie Killion scored for UCM 1-0.
•
The game remained 1-0, until the 85th minute when Katie Killion scored the second and final goal of the match for UCO 2-0.
• UCO outshot UCM 19-9 in the MIAA matchup.
Jennies Stat Leaders

Jada Scott led the Jens with four shots, and one shot on goal.

Freshman Maria Wilder was next with two shots and one shot on goal for the Jens.

Makayla Toth and
Kelsey Mueller both added one shot. Toth also added one shot on goal for the Jennies.

Lindsey Johnson grabbed two saves for the Jennies and faced 19 shots.

• Katie Killion led UCO with two goals, seven shots and three shots on goal.

• Camrie Hurst had one shot for UCO, and Asha Haile added one shot on goal.
• Goalkeeper Kelsi Gibson grabbed four saves for Central Oklahoma and faced nine shots.
