KICKOFF
• The Central Missouri Mules look to close out the 2013 season on a four-game winning streak when they host Fort Hays State on Saturday, Nov. 9 at 1:30 p.m. at Walton Stadium/Kennedy Field.
• Saturday is Senior Day for UCM, with the Mules' seniors being honored in a pregame ceremony.
• The Mules are coming off a 56-0 win at Nebraska-Kearney, it was the first shutout since 2006 and the first shutout in an MIAA game since 2004. The Mules racked up nearly 600 yards of total offense for the third straight game and got to back to .500 in MIAA play with the win.
• The 56 points scored against Nebraska-Kearney are the second most points scored by the Mules during the
Jim Svoboda era (60 pts against Southwest Baptist in his first career game in 2010).

LAST TIME VS FORT HAYS STATE
• The Mules jumped out to a 14-3 halftime lead then held on late for the 2012 season-ending 14-12 victory.

Kevin Johnson caught two passes for 29 yards and a touchdown, the first of his career.
• The Mules were held to 90 yards of offense in the second half.

Colter Smith finished the day 27-of-38 for 247 yards with two touchdowns and one interception.

David Cannon caught six passes to move into fourth place on UCM's career receptions list with 132.

Patrick Lewis and
Paul Hughes each finished with nine tackles to lead the defense. Lewis' nine stops gave him 262 for his career, tied for eighth most all-time at Central Missouri.
ABOUT THE TIGERS
• Fort Hays State comes into the game at 5-4 overall and 3-4 in MIAA play following a 63-17 win over South Dakota Mines on Saturday in Hays.
• The Tigers are riding a season-high five-game winning streak after dropping their first four games of the season.
• FHSU is averaging 32.7 points per game offensively and giving up 33.1 per contest, but during the current winning streak the Tigers are averaging 45.8 points per game and giving up 20.0.
• The Tigers average 392.6 yards per game in total offense, 209.7 through the air and 182.9 on the ground.
• Running back Andre Smith leads the Tiger rushing attack with 715 total yards and five touchdowns. He averages 4.8 yards per carry. QB Treveon Albert averages 5.5 yards per carry and has scored five touchdowns as well. Edward Smith has scored eight rushing touchdowns.
• Albert is completing 59 percent of his passes (129 of 220) for 1,668 yards and 15 touchdowns. He has thrown nine interceptions.
• Keaton Callins leads the receiving corp with 42 catches for 515 yards and seven scores. Last week against South Dakota Mines he had six catches for 109 yards and a touchdown.
• The defense is led by Justin McPhail's 73 total tackles, including 45 solo stops.
• The Tiger defense has registered 48 tackles for loss this season with 12 sacks. They've intercepted 15 passes and recovered seven fumbles.
MULES IN MIAA PLAY
• The Mules are 4-4 in MIAA play this season and 24-12 in conference action under
Jim Svoboda after beating Nebraska-Kearney 56-0 last Saturday in Kearney.
• The Mules are 5-5 in their last 10 conference games, but have won three straight.
• The Mules' 14 combined conference wins in 2010 and 2011 were the most by a UCM head coach in their first two seasons.
THE MULES AT HOME
• Central Missouri is 14-6 at home under
Jim Svoboda and 2-2 this season following the 51-7 win over Northeastern State on October 26.
• The Mules are averaging 35.5 points per game at home this season and giving up 23.0 points per contest.

THE MULES ON THE ROAD
• The Mules finished 3-2 on the road this year and are 16-8 in road games during the
Jim Svoboda era following their 56-0 win at Nebraska-Kearney last weekend.

LLOYD CLIMBING THE RECEIVING CHARTS
• Senior wide receiver
Ronrei Lloyd is climbing the UCM receiving charts in just his second season with UCM. On Saturday at UNK he caught 12 passes for 188 yards and a touchdown. It was his seventh 100-yard receiving game of the season. The 12 passes caught are tied for third most in a single game in school history, while his 188 receiving yards are fourth most in a game.
• The Pittsburgh, Pa. native is currently fourth all-time at UCM with 2,081 receiving yards, tied for fourth with 18 touchdown receptions and sixth with 126 career catches.
• He is currently 10th in NCAA-II with 923 receiving yards and 12th with nine receiving touchdowns.
• His 64 receptions this year are the fifth most in a single-season in school history and his 62 catches last season are the sixth best.
• His 1,111 receiving yards this season are the third most in a single-season in school history.
STARTING FAST
• The Mules offense has gotten off to fast starts almost all season long. UCM is outscoring the opposition 109-48 in the first quarter this season.
• During the current three-game winning streak the Mules have outscored their opponents 155-23.
MULES IN THE FOURTH QUARTER
• The Mules have outscored their opponents 87-37 in the fourth quarter this season, including 73-17 the past seven weeks. The Mules are 5-2 in those games.

SVOBODA LEADING THE WAY
• Central Missouri head coach
Jim Svoboda has a record of 30-15 (.667) in his fourth season leading the Mules.
• With the win over Nebraska-Kearney, Svoboda moved into sixth place on Central Missouri's career wins list (30), passing Phog Allen.
• Svoboda's .667 winning percentage is the fourth highest for a UCM coach.

• The Mules appeared in the postseason in each of Svoboda's first two seasons. UCM made the NCAA-II Playoffs in year one under Svoboda and earned a bid to the Kanza Bowl in his second season. • UCM hosted the first ever playoff game in school history and won the school's first two playoff games in Svoboda's first season in 2010.

MULES IN THE PROS
• There is one former Mule currently on an NFL roster. Tight end Delanie Walker is in his eighth season in the league and his first with the Tennessee Titans. Walker signed a four-year deal with the Titans in the offseason after playing in Super Bowl XLVII last season with San Francisco. In his career, Walker has 148 catches for 1,715 yards with 11 touchdowns, including 25 catches for 250 yards and three touchdowns through eight games this season.
A TRADITION OF EXCELLENCE IN ATHLETICS
• Central Missouri has won a combined 193 MIAA regular-season conference championships in 14 league sports to lead all schools.
• Last season, UCM captured three MIAA regular season titles and one tournament championship.

• The 550 Central Missouri student-athletes received 375 Academic Awards from the MIAA office for the 2012-13 academic year.

• 37 UCM student-athletes were named MIAA Scholar Athletes with at least a 3.5 GPA and having earned all-MIAA honors in their respective sport.
