Biography

As a junior Ploof had a 13-26 overall record, with five falls, 15 takedowns, and two major decisions. He was second on the team in escapes (45).  
At Gloucester College Ploof was a two time national qualifier, and a member of the regional championship team. 
In high school Ploof was a varsity wrestler his freshman and sophomore season. He was the District runner up as a sophomore and was a member of the District Championship team. 
Ploof is the son of Kevin and Kathleen Ploof. He is majoring in Health Studies.
