ST LOUIS, Mo. -- The night before the NCAA Women's Bowling Championship, the eight participating teams get together for an annual banquet to kick off the competition and hand out the awards from that season. The University of Central Missouri will be bringing several special trophies back to Warrensburg after this year's event, held at Neo on Locust in St. Louis.

Freshman
Jordan Richard first earned the National Tenpin Coaches Association Division II/III Rookie of the Year trophy. Then, the Tecumseh, Michigan native was called back to the front of the room to accept the 2014-2015 trophy for Division II/III Player of the Year. Richard also picked up Second Team All-American honors.
Â
Other Jennies bowlers have swept both the rookie and player of the year awards, previously, but this night had a distinctive sisterly feel to it.
Jordan Richard's twin sister Haley, also a freshman, was the only other UCM student-athlete to earn one of the 25 All-American honors.
Haley Richard was named All-America Honorable Mention for Division II/III. Older sister to the twins,
Kara Richard, a former standout for the Jennies and current assistant coach, also has a Rookie of the Year trophy to her name, and she went on to be a four-time All-American selection.

Sophomore
