Cross Country: Named All-MIAA and to the All-Central Region team after her finishes in the Conference Championship and Central Region Championship races … Placed third at the MIAA Championships, running the 6K in 22:01.60 … Finished 20^th in the Central Region Championship meet in Wayne, Nebraska … Set a PR in the 4K at the UCM Mule Run, finishing in second place in 14:37.64 … Finished in the top-three in four of six races and was the Jennies top finisher in all six races … Ran a season-best 5K time of 18:37 at the St. Louis College of Pharmacy Fall Classic, where she finished second … Named MIAA Cross Country Athlete of the Week Sept. 16.

2013-14
Cross Country: Ran in five races during the season … Was the Jennies top-finisher in all five races … Won both the UCM Mule Run and Central Methodist Invitational  … Became a two-time All-MIAA Honoree with her sixth place finish in 22:04.76 … Named All-Region after finishing in 21^st place at the NCAA Regional with a collegiate-best time of 21:58.57 for 6,000m.
 
Indoor Track: Set collegiate-bests in the mile (5:13.99) and 3,000m (10:16.53) runs … Her PR in the 3K was good for a fifth place finish at the MIAA  Championships … Also took fifth place in the 5K with a time of 17:57.18.
 
Outdoor Track: Earned a pair of the medals at the MIAA Championships with two third place finishes in the 5K and 10K races … Set personal-bests in the 1500m (4:48.32), 5,000m (17:47.45) and 10,000m (36.32.87) runs … Etched her name into the record books, claiming the third fastest time in school history in the 10K and the fifth fastest in the 5K.
 
2012-13
Cross Country: Competed in all six races for the Jennies … Was the team’s second finisher at both the MIAA Championships and NCAA Regional races … Placed ninth at the MIAA Championships to hear All-Conference honors … Set a season-best 22:20.20 for the 6K at the NCAA Regional race.
 
Indoor Track: Ran in the 3,000m and 5,000m events … Took home first place in the 3,000m run at the UCM Classic in 10:33.87 … Scored for the Jennies in two events at the MIAA Championships, placing fifth in the 3,000m (10:25.79) and earned a trip to the medal stand with a third place finish in the 5,000m (18:02.98).
 
Outdoor Track: Again scored in two meets for CMU, taking fourth place in the 5,000m (18:25.05) and fifth in the 10,000m (37:52.41) … Ran a then-personal-best 17:55.98 for 5,000m at the Wash U Invitational.  
 
2011-12
Cross Country: Finished 47th in her first MIAA Championships, with a time of 23:34 over the 6K course ... Three top-25 finishes, at the Southwest Baptist Twilight (17th), UCM Mule Run (22nd), and the Central Methodist Invitational (22nd).
 
Indoor Track: Competed in the 3,000m Run at the MIAA Championships, placing 14th (10:46.99) ... Came in second in the 3,00m at the UCM Classic.
 
Outdoor Track: Scored points for the Jennies as a freshman, taking home sixth place in the 5,000m Run at the MIAA Championships (18:17.18) ... Won the 5,000m at the UCM Mule Relays with a then-PR 18:17.00 ... Ran the third leg of the winning 4x800m Relay team at the Emporia State Relays ... Won the MIAA Academic Excellence Award after posting a 4.0 GPA in Nursing during her freshman year.

Before UCM: Three-time All-Conference during senior season (4x800m Relay, 1,600m Run, 3,200m Run) at Kearney High School ... Placed second in the 4x800m Relay at the state meet ... All-State 4x400m Relay during junior season ... Two-time cross country state team champion ... All-Conference and All-District during junior season ... Placed 36th at cross country state meet during junior season ... Also lettered in volleyball ... Three-time Academic All-State.
