WARRENSBURG, Mo. (Dec. 1, 2017)-- Central Missouri Jennies Soccer fans interested in attending the NCAA Division II Women's Soccer Championship game are once again invited to park and gather as a group for a pregame tailgate in the parking lot located at the southwest corner of Field #5 tomorrow, Saturday Dec. 2, two hours prior to kickoff at 10 a.m.
Fans in attendance will have the opportunity to enjoy light refreshments and snacks that will be served by members of the UCM Athletics staff. Spirit giveaways will once again be available to fans that show up. In addition, the first 100 students that show up to the tailgate will get a free ticket to the Nation Championship game courtesy of UCM President Dr. Charles Ambrose. Students can get their free ticket at the tailgate area.
The top-ranked Jennies will square off against the No. 2 overall ranked team in Division II in the Carson-Newman Eagles. Both the Jennies and Eagles are undefeated on the season at 25-0-0 and 21-0-1, respectively. Kickoff for the National Championship game is set for 12 p.m. central time at Swope Soccer Village in Kansas City, Mo.
