Willie Fritz
Football Coach, 1997-2009
Fritz was head coach of Mules Football for 13 seasons, from 1997-2009, compiling a 97-47 record. He is the winningest coach in Mules Football history by wins and fifth in winning percentage (.674). He took the Mules to the school's first ever playoff appearance in 2002. His team also won the 2001 Mineral Water Bowl and was the 2003 MIAA Co-Champion. Has gone on to successful coaching stints at Division I Sam Houston State, Georgia Southern and Tulane.
